20 Point Inspection Checklist

  1. Blower Motormeasure amperage and voltage for proper operation

  2. Thermostat test for proper operation, calibrate, and level

  3. Cleaning - existing air filter (as needed)

  4. Bearing - inspect for wear and lubricate

  5. Inspect - indoor coil if accessible

  6. Confirm - proper return air and size

  7. Inspect - Condenser Coil

  8. Refrigerate - monitor operating pressures

  9. Safety Devices - inspect for proper operation

  10. Electrical Wiring - inspect and tighten connections

  11. Test/Inspect - contactors for burned, pitted contacts

  12. Inspect - electrical for exposed wiring

  13. Test/Inspect - capacitors

  14. Inspect - fan blade

  15. Clean - condenser coil and remove debris

  16. Measure - Supply/Return temperature differential

  17. Compressor - monitor, measure amperage and volt draw and wiring connections

  18. Inspect - all fittings for signs of oil and/or leakage

  19. Check - lines and fittings with refrigerant leak detector

  20. Check - the condition of Blower Belt, if applicable

Tune-Up Process

1. Schedule Your Tune-Up

Contact us online or call us at 513-851-3569 to schedule your tune-up. You'll talk to a friendly customer service representative to find a time that works within your busy schedule.

2. Recieve A Call From Your Technician

Your professionally-trained tech will call you while they are on their way to your home, so you know exactly when they will be arriving.

3. See Our Tune-Up Checklist

Once the technician arrives, they will talk to you about your comfort needs and show you our checklist for your system.  This way there are no surprises and you can be certain your system was properly maintained.

4. Schedule Within 48 Hours

Our team tries to make sure that your tune up happens as soon as possible according to your schedule. If we can't schedule within 48 hours, then we make it a priority to schedule it for the next closest time slot.

5. Give Us Feedback

Finally, we'll ask for your feedback on how we did so we can make sure you were 100% satisfied. And if you're not? Let us know, we'll make things right!
